摘要
目的:探讨三子养亲汤联合远红外止咳贴治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效分析。方法:将60例确诊的慢性支气管炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组患者给予三子养亲汤联合远红外止咳贴治疗,而对照组则给予西医常规给予抗生素、祛痰剂及支气管扩张剂治疗,1个疗程后比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗1个疗程后治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组患者发热、咳嗽、气喘、肺部啰音消失的时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三子养亲汤联合远红外止咳贴治疗慢性支气管炎临床效果满意,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To probe into the clinical effects of San Zi Yang Qin Tang decoction combined with far infrared cough paste in treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods： 60 with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. In the treatment group, they were treated with the San Zi Yang Qin Tang decoction combined with far infrared cough paste while in the control group, they were treated with the western medicine routine administration of antibiotics, expectorant and bronchial expansion agent treatment. Then, after a course of treatment of these two groups of patients were compared. Outcome： The total effective rate in the treatment group after the treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,And fever, cough, asthma, pulmonary rales disappeared time of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical effects of San Zi Yang Qin Tang decoction combined with far infrared cough paste in treatment of chronic bronchitis are satisfied enough,which should be promoted in the clinical application.
