摘要
目的:观察醋调肉桂、吴茱萸药末贴敷足三里、涌泉穴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效和护理。方法:将我科住院的100例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组(50例)采用糖尿病周围神经病变的常规治疗、护理,观察组(50例)在对照组的治疗、护理基础上加用醋调肉桂、吴茱萸药末贴敷足三里、涌泉穴,1次/d,14 d为1个疗程。结果:观察组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为84.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:醋调肉桂、吴茱萸药末贴敷足三里、涌泉穴改善糖尿病周围神经病变的临床症状更有效,不良反应少。
Objective： To observe the curative effect and nursing efficacy of vinegar mixed cinnamon and evodia rutaecarpa sticking Zusanli and Yongquan acupoint in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Method： 100 cases with diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group（50 cases） was treated with conventional treatment and nursing care of peripheral neuropathy, whilethe observation group（50 cases） was treaed with acupoint application on Zusanli and Yongquan by vinegar mixed cinnamon on the basis of the treatment and nursing care for the control group once a day. 14 days as a course. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 96% while that of the control group was 84%; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Vinegar mixed cinnamon and evodia rutaecarpa sticking on Zusanli, Yongquan improves the clinical symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN） which is more effective and has less adverse reaction.
