摘要
目的研究分析可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体1(s Flt-1)、胎盘生长因子(PLGF)水平对妊娠高血压的诊断和预测价值。方法选取2014年5月至2015年7月在该院建卡和住院分娩的妊娠高血压孕产妇64例作为研究组,另选取同期在该院建卡和住院分娩的正常孕产妇60例作为对照组。采集孕周在30-36周孕产妇血液2 m L,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测s Flt-1、PLGF水平。结果研究组患者s Flt-1、PLGF水平及s Flt-1/PLGF比值与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。研究组剖宫产孕妇s Flt-1、PLGF水平及s Flt-1/PLGF比值与自然分娩孕妇比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。研究组自然分娩孕妇s Flt-1、PLGF水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。研究组剖宫产孕妇s Flt-1、PLGF水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。研究组30-〈40岁孕妇s Flt-1水平、s Flt-1/PLGF与22-〈30岁孕妇比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但PLGF水平与22-〈30岁孕妇比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论s Flt-1、PLGF水平与妊娠期高血压有密切相关性,可用于妊娠期高血压的诊断及预测孕妇分娩状况。
Objective To investigate the value of soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase receptor 1(s Flt-1) and placental growth factor(PLGF) levels in the diagnosis and prediction of pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods Totally 64 pregnant women of pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital from May 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the study group and other 60 normal pregnant women were selected as the control group. 2 m L of blood was collected from the pregnant women with 30-36 pregnant weeks for detecting the s Flt-1 and PIGF levels by adopting the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The s Flt-1and PLGF levels,and s Flt-1/PLGF ratio had statistical difference between the study group and the control group(P〈0.05). The s Flt-1 and PLGF levels and s Flt-1/PLGF ratio in the study group had statistical difference between cesarean section pregnant women and natural delivery pregnant women(P〈0.05). The s Flt-1 and PLGF levels had statistical difference between the natural delivery pregnant women and the control group(P〈0.05). The s Flt-1 and PLGF levels had statistical difference between the cesarean section pregnant women in the study group and control group(P〈0.05). The s Flt-1 level and s Flt-1/PLGF ratio in the study group had statistical difference between the pregnant women aged 30-40 years old and the pregnant women aged 22-30 years old,but PLGF level had no statistical difference compared with the pregnant women aged 22-30 years old(P〈0.05). Conclusion The levels of s Flt-1 and PLGF are closely related to pregnancy induced hypertension and can be used in the diagnosis of hypertensive disorder in pregnancy and the prediction of pregnant women delivery status.
