摘要
目的探讨影响肺结核患者规范服药的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2013年1月在该院就诊的初治肺结核患者228例的临床资料。对比规范服药患者157例(A组)和不规范服药患者71例(B组)的各项临床资料,并通过多因素logistic回归分析探讨影响肺结核患者规范服药的相关因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,年龄、受教育程度、收入情况、肺结核知识掌握程度、医疗费用支付方式、医生随访和药物不良反应是影响肺结核患者规范服药的相关因素(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,高龄、肺结核知识掌握程度差、自费及出现药物不良反应是影响肺结核患者规范服药的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论高龄、肺结核知识掌握程度差、自费及出现药物不良反应是影响肺结核患者规范服药的危险因素。因此,在临床治疗中应采取针对性的干预措施,以保证患者规范接受治疗。
Objective To investigate the related factors affecting the standardized drug administration in the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis（TB）. Methods The clinical data in 228 cases of initial treatment of pulmonary TB in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. The various items of data in the patients with standardized drug administration（group A,157 cases） and the patients with non-standardized drug administration（group B,71 cases） were compared and the related factors influencing the standardized drug administration in the patients with pulmonary TB were analyzed by the Logistic regression analysis. Results The single factor analysis results showed that age,education level,income,poor mastering degree of pulmonary TB knowledge,way of medical expenses payment,doctors follow up and adverse drug reactions were the relevant factors affecting the standardized medication of pulmonary TB patients（P〈0.05）;the multiple Logistic regression analysis results showed that advanced age,poor mastering degree of pulmonary TB knowledge,self-funded patients and adverse drug reac tions were the risk factors affecting the standardized medication of pulmonary TB patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The advanced age,poor mastering degree of pulmonary TB knowledge,self-funded patients and adverse drug reactions appearance are the risk factors affecting standardized medication in the patients with pulmonary TB. Therefore in clinical treatment,the targeted intervention measures should be taken to ensure the patients to receive the standardized medication treatment.
