摘要
Mini-CEX(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise),迷你临床演练,是一种评价住院医师临床能力并具有教学功能的测评工具。改良的Mini-CEX在原版Mini-CEX的基础上,将中医基础诊断和针灸操作的特色引入到考核过程中,并融合了中医临证思路,使其凸显了中医针灸学科特色,是中医针灸学临床带教和考核模式的一项创新。
Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise（ Mini-CEX） is a teaching and evaluation method of the clinical ability of residents.Our modified Mini-CEX is on the basis of the original Mini-CEX. The basic diagnoses of TCM and acupuncture manipulation features were introduced into the evaluation process. Integration of traditional Chinese medicine clinical thinking made its highlights the dis-cipline characteristic. Our modified Mini-CEX is an innovation in clinical teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion.
