摘要
介绍氯气透平机的工作原理,分析轴承润滑系统油膜的形成原因,结合动压滑动轴承常见失效形式,解析机组轴承失效故障,从而提出解决办法,延长轴承使用寿命。
The work principle of chlorine turbines was introduced. Causes of oil film forming in bear- ing lubrication system were analyzed. In combination with common failure modes of hydrodynamic bear- ing, the fault due to failure of turbine bearing was analyzed and solutions were put forward to prolong service life of bearing.
