摘要
为了提高济钢17 t方坯铸机中间包的使用寿命,通过优化上水口、下水口的设计、包衬拐角贴壁板、改进紊流器、改进快换机构安装测量方式及中间包二次利用等,解决了水口侵蚀、漏钢和包衬脱落等影响中间包寿命的问题,中间包平均使用寿命由60～70炉提高到120炉。
To improve the campaign life of 17 ton tundish for billet continuous casting in Jigang,the problems that shortened the campaign life of tundish such as nozzles erosion,breakout and tundish lining shedding were solved through optimizing the designs of upper nozzle and lower nozzle,sticking panels at the corner of tundish lining,revamping the turbulent flow device,improving installation and measurement way of quick change mechanism and reusing the tundish.The campaign service life of the tundish was improved from 60～70 heats to 120 heats.
