摘要
目的探讨补肾宁络方治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的疗效。方法选择慢性肾小球肾炎患者60例分成2组,对照组(30例)口服肾炎康复片;治疗组(30例)口服补肾宁络方,均治疗2个月。结果治疗组总有效率96.7%,明显高于对照组总有效率80.0%(P<0.05)。结论补肾宁络方可有效减少慢性肾小球肾炎患者蛋白尿。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Bushen Ningluo prescription in the treatment of chronic nephritic proteinuria. Method Selecting 60 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis,they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（ 30 cases）took orally Shenyan Kangfu tablets. The treatment group（ 30 cases） was treated by Bushen Ningluo prescription. Each group was treated and observed for 2 months. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 7% which was significantly higher than 80% of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bushen Ningluo prescription can effectively reduce the proteinuria of chronic glomerulonephritis patients
