摘要
提出了一种用于制造整体式铸钢模具所需陶瓷型的制造工艺。首先根据设计出的零件整体铸造模具的三维图,在数控铣床上通过二次加工制造出聚苯乙烯发泡板凹模,再利用硅橡胶翻模技术得到凸模,进而得到陶瓷型。用该工艺制造的整体式铸钢模具具有制造周期短,制造成本低的优点,实现了模具的快速制造。
A kind of ceramic mould manufacturing process used to make integral cast steel mould was developed in this paper. Firstly the female mould of polystyrene epispastic board was made on the numerical control milling machine through quadratic machining according to the designed three-dimensional drawing of the integral cast mould of the part. Then the male die was produced by silicone rubber tipping mode technique. And the ceramic mould was gained afterwards. The integral cast steel mould made by this process has advantage of short production cycle and low production cost, which achieves the rapid manufacturing of mould.
