油松移植容器苗轻型基质研究 被引量:2

摘要 以醋渣、松针、菇渣等农林废弃物为材料,按不同比例配制成7种轻型基质,分别研究了其理化性状及其对油松移植容器苗生长的影响。结果表明:基质3(松针3+醋渣4+树皮粉2.5+羊粪0.5)的容重、最大持水量、基质相对含水量、有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾含量均为最佳;油松移植容器苗成活率达最高,为92.27%;油松移植容器苗的苗高、地径生长量也达最高,分别为32.64 cm和0.62 cm。以基质的物理性状及苗木的生长量作为综合指标,采用秩和比法对基质的适应性进行了综合评价,筛选出以松针、醋渣、树皮粉、羊粪组成的3号基质是油松移植容器苗培育的最优轻型基质。该研究为移植容器苗的培育提供技术支撑,也为退耕还林等各项林业生态工程建设提供良种壮苗保障。 In this paper, seven kinds of light-medium were prepared by different proportion with vinegar residue, pine needles, mushroom residue and other agricultural and forestry wastes, and were studied on the physical and chemical properties and their impact on container seedlings transplanted of Pinus tabulaeforrnis. The results showed that, medi- um 3 (pine needle 3+ vinegar residue 4+ tree hark powder 2.5+ sheep manure 0.5) was the best on volume weight, maximum water holding capacity, relative water content, organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium content and the survival rate was the highest with 92.27%, as well as, the height and the diameter growth of Pinus tabulaeforrnis container seedlings were the highest with 32.64cm and 0.62cm, respectively. Based on physical properties of the matrix and the growth of seedlings, Rank-sum ratio (RSR) method was adopted to improve the comprehensive evaluation on the adaptability of matrix, the results showed that, medium 3 made with pine needle, vinegar residue, tree bark powder, sheep manure was the optimal of light-medium for cultivating the container seedlings transplanted of Pinus tabulaeformis, which will provide the technical support for cultivation of container seedlings transplanted, but also provide protection for the seed seedlings forestry ecological construction and so on.
