摘要
汽包水位是表征余热锅炉运行的重要参数,汽包水位的控制直接影响余热电站的安全运行。本文根据水泥回转窑余热发电的特点,阐述了余热锅炉汽包水位控制的任务及其重要性,分析了影响汽包水位的主要因素,介绍了余热锅炉汽包水位三冲量控制系统的结构、工作原理及其测量参数的校正方法。
Drum level is an important parameter to characterize the waste heat boiler operation, control of whichdirectly affects the safe operation of the waste heat power station. According to characteristics of the cement kilnwaste heat power generation, the task and importance of the boiler drum level control system was presented inthis paper. Then, main factors affecting the drum level were analyzed. The structure, working principle and cor-rection methods of measuring parameters of the three impulses control system for the waste heat boiler drum lev-el have been investigated.
