摘要
借鉴国内外成功的停车设施管理模式,分析武汉市当前的停车管理现状,提出了武汉市停车管理机构设置模式;同时对停车经营管理模式进行分析,结合武汉市中心商业区停车现状,提出了武汉市中心商业区经营管理政策建议。
In this paper,the management models of parking facilities at home and abroad are analyzed,and the current parking management in Wuhan is compared with them.Then the recommendations are given to the parking management institutions of Wuhan.At the same time,all kinds of parking modes of operation and management are analyzed,and combining with the parking current condition of Central Business District in Wuhan some advices are given to the management policy.
