摘要
文章是基于STC12C5A60S2型单片机进行的及时空气质量检测设计,能够监测多种有害气体浓度值,具备浓度调节和驱动时段调节功能。通过单片机、1602液晶显示器、MQ135空气质量检测器、轴流排气电机扇和调时按键电路,最终通过LCD显示器显示数据,具备更加人性化的操作与直观的表现结果。在文章中详细讲解了数据采集子系统、数据处理过程和数据显示子系统的设计方式和历程。该体系将浓度信号进行了信号抵偿等处理,减少了测量误差,因此,具备较高的测量精度,并且构造简略,机能良好。
This paper is based on the STC 12C5A60S2 type single chip microcomputer for the timely detection of air quality, can monitor a variety of harmful gas concentration, with the concentration of regulation and driving time adjustment function. Through the single chip microcomputer, 1602 LCD, MQ 135 air quality detector, the axial flow fan and the tone of the key circuit, the end of the LCD display data, with more user-friendly operation and intuitive performance results. In this paper, the design method and process of data acquisition subsystem, data processing and data display subsystem are explained in detail in this paper. The system will concentration signals are analyzed with signal compensation processing. The measurement error is reduced, therefore, have the high measurement accuracy and simple structure, performance is good.
