摘要
白芍为常用的中药材,芍药苷作为其主要有效成分具有许多药理活性如:抗炎、抗氧化、神经保护、抗肿瘤、止痛等作用,已经受到越来越多的重视。但是研究发现白芍在产地加工、炮制、提取浓缩等制剂过程中芍药苷含量变化显著,故该文拟从以上几个过程中考察白芍中芍药苷含量的影响因素。
Radix Paeoniae Alba is the commonly used Chinese medicine. Paeoniflorin as the main effective component is the quality evaluation index of Paeoniae Radix. Paeoniflorin has many pharmacological activities,such as：anti-inflammatory,antioxidative,neuroprotective,anti-tumor,and analgesic. And Paeoniflorin has been more and more attention.However,the study found that the content of paeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix has changed obviously in production processing,processing,and preparation process,this paper investigates the factors which affect the content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae from above several process.
