摘要
为解决硫酸四氨合铜制备实验中试剂用量不合理及氨污染问题,对实验装置进行了改进,探究了CuSO4溶液浓度和氨水浓度对产率的影响,确定了氨和乙醇的适宜用量,分析了不同洗涤剂的洗涤效果,回收了滤液中残留的乙醇。制备[Cu(NH3)4]SO4的优化条件是:0.5-1.0mol/L的CuSO4与过量80%的4-8mol/L氨水反应,乙醇用量为反应混合液体积的3倍。
In order to solve problems in preparing tetraammine copper(Ⅱ)sulfate such as unreasonable dosage of reagent and ammonia pollution,this paper improved the experimental device,discussed the effect of concentration of cupric sulfate solution and aqueous ammonia on the yield,determined the suitable dosage of ammonia and ethanol,analyzed the washing effect of some washing detergents,and recycled the residual ethanol in the filtrate.The optimized condition for preparing tetraammine copper(Ⅱ)sulfate was:0.5-1.0mol/L cupric sulfate solution reacting with 4-8mol/L aqueous ammonia with an excess of 80%,and the dosage of ethanol is 3times of the volume of the reaction mixture.
