摘要
目的评价中药复方治疗单纯性肥胖的疗效和安全性。方法检索中药复方治疗单纯性肥胖的随机对照研究文献,提取数据,评价方法学质量,用Revman软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入11篇随机对照试验。Meta分析结果显示中药组与空白对照组或西药组比较,总有效率差异有统计学意义。结论中药复方可以有效治疗单纯性肥胖。
Objective Evaluate the efficacy and safety on the treatment of obesity using traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Retrieved the randomized controlled trials of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment on simple obesity,extracted the data and evaluated the methodological quality,then used Revman software for Meta analysis. Results 11 randomized controlled trials were included.Meta analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the blank control group or western medicine group. Conclusion Simple obesity can be treated effectively by traditional Chinese medicine.
