左心耳形态和功能影像学评估的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 心房颤动是最常见的心律失常之一，在中国一般人群中发病率约为0．77％，而且对于80岁以上人群，其发病率高达8％。大量研究证实，很多心房颤动与左心耳（LAA）血栓相关，心因性血栓的发生大约90％在左心耳形成。目前临床上常用评估左心耳形态和功能，诊断左心耳血栓的影像学方法主要有经食管超声心动图（TEE）、多排CT（MDCT）与心脏核磁共振（CMR）。
