摘要
被列为第三批国家级非物质文化遗产的小河锣鼓是巴渝地区一种独特的民间器乐组合,具有鲜明的艺术特色及浓郁的地域文化特征。但其艺术及文化价值却长期未能得到充分重视,传承严重受阻。为更好地传承与保护小河锣鼓,需不断革新内容与形式、改变传承方式与主体,大力争取政府部门、公共文化机构及广大民众的支持与帮助。
The Xiaohe Drum, one of the third set of national non-material culture heritage items, is a combination of folk musical instruments with prominent artistry and tense local characteristics. But its artistic and cultural value has not been stressed and thus its inheritance is not well conducted. The inheritance and protection of Xiohe Drum shall be guaranteed on the condition that its contents and forms shall be continuously innovated, the subject and forms of inheritance changed and it supported by governments, public cultural institutions and the common people.
