PC移动一体化指挥调度技术

摘要 针对当前派出所接处警工作耗时长的困扰,该文提出一种PC移动一体化的指挥调度技术。采用地理信息系统等相关技术和移动APP应用相结合的方法,能够有效地提高派出所接处警速度和质量。从PC移动一体化模式设计出发,综合运用GIS相关技术、移动定位技术、即时通讯技术等,设计实现了应用于基层派出所的原型系统,并成功应用于武汉市纸坊街派出所。 According to the fact that police station's receiving and disposing work takes too much time,this paper represented a PC-mobile integration technology about commanding and dispatching.Combining GIS related technologies with mobile applications can significantly improve basic police station's quality and efficiency in daily work.It developed a prototype system by designing the PC-mobile pattern,and integrated GIS technology,mobile location technology and instant messaging technology.The system has been successfully applied in Zhifang Street Police Station.And it enhanced the police station's work efficiency,reduced the number of complaints and improved public satisfaction.
