以叙永县为例,从具体层面提出少数民族地区全民阅读的现状和问题。阐述了叙永县图书馆近四年对全民阅读推广工作的基本思路和方法。论述了图书馆应如何进一步加强少数民族地区全民阅读工作的研究和推广。
