摘要 慢性心力衰竭的心肌细胞通常会出现能量代谢重构,造成心肌能量缺乏并且会促进心室肌的重构,加快心肌的衰竭。衰竭心肌能量代谢重构的过程主要包括高能磷酸盐代谢的改变、底物利用的转变、线粒体的功能障碍及氧化应激损伤等,而衰竭心肌发生能量代谢紊乱的关键环节是线粒体的功能障碍。 Myocardial energy metabolism will alter greatly in chronic heart failure, leading the energy reduction, promoting the devel- opment of myocardial remodeling, and accelerating the heart failure. Myocardial energy metabolism remodeling mainly includes changes of high-energy phosphate metabolism, substrate utilization, mitochondrial dysfunction,oxidative stress,etc. Mitochondria dysfunction play a piv- otal role in myocardial metabolism disorder in chronic heart failure.
