嵌顿性Amyand疝一例报告并文献复习 被引量：6

摘要 患者男性,68岁,以＂发现右侧腹股沟区可复性肿物3年,不能还纳伴疼痛3 d＂急诊入院。既往高血压病史。入院查体：T 39.1℃;P 76次/min;R 18次/min;Bp143/78 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa）。神志清醒,急性病容,心肺（-）,腹平坦,右侧腹股沟区可见一肿物,张力高,触痛明显,右下腹压痛,无反跳痛,肠鸣音弱。
