摘要
基于设计一款高效节能的无刷直流电机的控制系统方案的目的,LS052A-Cb是一款国产通用型单片机,能够实现多核多任务并行处理。在研究了SVPWM基本原理的基础上,采用空间矢量脉宽调制技术的方法,通过运用反电动势检测实现无位置传感器方式的位置检测,并检测速度和电流采集运用双闭环PID的控制策略实现了对无刷直流电机的速度控制的试验,得出一种新型无刷直流电机控制系统的方案可行,具有应用价值。
This paper seeks to design a control system for an efficient and energy - saving brushless DC motor. LS052A - Cb is a general - purpose microcontroller in made in China that supports parallel multi - core multi- tasking processing. After studying the basic principles of SVPWM, with space vector pulse width modulation technology, and via counter EMF position detection is achieved under the sensor - less mode. And speed detection and current collection using dual -loop PID control strategy, speed control ex- periment of the brushless DC motor is carried out. The conclusion of feasibility of a new type of brushless DC motor control system of the program is obtained and proven of great value in application.
