摘要 为解决智能变电站SV/GOOSE合并组网下存在无法正常定检的问题,提出一种专用数据交互方法及其实现方案。进行信号隔离与过滤技术研究,在SV/GOOSE合并组网智能变电站的继电保护装置测试时,可解决单根光纤中关联信号的分离与重组问题;进行一体化联合测试方案研究,实现运行变电站内保护装置与智能终端的一体化测试;对数字化保护装置各类测试方案的适用范围和特点进行研究,提出针对不同工程配置和试验设备的保护测试方案。 To solve the regular detection difficulties existing in the testing of the Smart Substation with the network formation of combining SV and GOOSE, a data exchange method and its implementation schemes are proposed. By using signal isolation and filtering technology, the separation and recombination problems for the associated signal transferring in a single fiber are solved, when testing the relay protec- tion devices under the network formation of combining SV and GOOSE. Integration testing scheme for the smart substation relay protection device and intelligent terminal is studied. Moreover, by studying the tes- ting scheme application scope and the characteristics of the digital protection devices, the testing schemes under different engineering configurations and experimental equipment are put forward.
