摘要 目的:利用数据挖掘技术研究张玉柱名中医治疗老年退行性腰痛的用药经验与规律。方法:筛选张玉柱名中医治疗老年退行性腰痛病例100例,利用频次分析、复杂系统熵聚类法、熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法及关联规则分析张玉柱治疗腰腿痛的用药规律。结果:对处方数据录入分析后得到中药的使用频次,中药之间的关联规则及药物的核心组合。结论:数据挖掘技术和中医传承辅助系统在整理总结名老中医经验过程中价值明显。 Objective: Using data mining system to analyze ZHANG Yuzhu's administration experience and regularity for senile degenerative lumbago. Method: 100 cases of lumbago prescriptions were selected. By using principle analysis,complex system cluster analysis and entropy cluster analysis,we analyzed ZHANG Yuzhu's herbal administration experience and regularity.Result: The frequency of each herb,association rules among herbs and core herb combinations were obtained.Conclusion: Data mining technology and TCMISS are very useful and valuable in sorting and summing up the experience of famous TCM doctors.
