摘要
目的:观察小针刀闭合松解治疗狭窄性指腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:用弧形针灸刀闭合钩割狭窄性指腱鞘(弹响指)炎门诊病人42例,观察治疗效果。结果:经治疗临床治愈40例,好转1例,无效1例,总有效率达95.2%。结论:本病一般保守疗法收效甚微,采用小针刀闭合松解狭窄性指腱鞘炎,是现代医学微创疗法与中医针灸经络理论相结合的治疗方法,简单易行,疗效确切。

The principle of the disease treatment is using minimally invasive treatment and modem medicine in combination with channels and collaterals theory of traditional Chinese medicine. This treatment is simple and easy curative, has significant clinical effect.
