摘要
综述了手性超材料最新研究进展。首先根据超材料的维度以及内在手性和外在手性对手性材料进行了系统的分类。在此基础之上,分析了几种典型的具有手性的超材料结构,并对其电磁性质进行了研究。最后对手性超材料的应用进行了分析,例如利用手性实现负折射率,利用手性超材料来增强生物传感以及基于手性的偏振器件。手性超材料的研究将会促进光电、纳米、生物等学科的发展,并具有广泛的应用前景。
This paper reviews the latest research progresses on chiral metamaterials. First of all, the chiral materials were classified systematically according to the dimension of metamaterial, intrinsic ehirality and ex- trinsic chirality. Based on the classification, several typical metamaterials were analyzed with chirality and in- vestigate the electromagnetic properties. In the end, the applications of chiral metamaterial were demonstra- ted, for instance, negative refractive index phenomenon based on chirality, bio-sensing enhancement using chiral metamaterial and some other polarization devices based on chirality. The research of chiral metamaterial could not only promote the developments of optoelectronics, nano-technology, biology and some other sub- jects, but also has extensive application prospect.
