摘要
朱毛红军政治工作的制度,初创于三湾,形成于古田,成熟于瑞金。朱毛红军政治工作制度的一整套原则的形成,不是一蹴而就的,是一个历史过程,是不断发展、完善的。井冈山斗争时期构建了党领导军队的体制机制,制定了《党代表工作大纲》;古田会议奠定了"思想建党与政治建军"的基石,规定了红军政治工作的基本任务;在瑞金召开的红军全国政治工作会议,提出了"政治工作是红军的生命线"的著名论断,到瑞金时期,红军政治工作的制度就已经基本成熟了。
The political work system of Zhu De and Mao Zedong＇s Red Army was primarily created in Sanwan,formed in Gutian and completed in Ruijin. The whole set of this system was not formed in one step; on the contrary,it was a historical process of continuous development and improvement. The setup and mechanism of the Party＇s leadership over the army was built and the Work Outline for Party Representatives was formulated in the period of struggle in Jinggangshan; the foundation of ＂ideological party building and political army building＂was laid in the Gutian Meeting,prescribing the basic tasks of the Red Army＇s political work; and in the national political work meeting of the Red Army held in Ruijin,the famous argument that ＂the political work is the life line of the Red Army＂was brought forward. In the Ruijin period,the political work system of the Red Army was basically matured.
