摘要
目的观察耳穴电针结合中药治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法 103例中风后抑郁症患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用耳穴电针结合中药治疗,对照组口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊。疗程为2个月。两组治疗前后分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、副反应量表(TESS)评分测定。结果两组总有效率比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴电针结合中药可有效改善中风后抑郁症患者临床症状,与西药治疗相比,两者疗效相当,具有副作用小、安全度高等优点。
Objective To observation the clinical curative effect of auricular electro acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in treatment of post stroke depression. Methods 103 cases of post stroke depression patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,47 cases in treatment group,50 cases in control group. The treatment group received auricular electro acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine,the control group received Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsule. Both groups were treated for 2 months,Hamilton depression scale（ HAMD） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（ TESS） were performed before and after treatment in both groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87. 2%,while the control group was 86. 0%. There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）,but the incidence of adverse reaction of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Auricular electro acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine can be effective in improving post stroke depression with clinical symptoms,compared with western medicine treatment,it has fewer side effect and higher safety.
