摘要
目的:观察头针足运感区加常规针刺配合热敏灸治疗膝关节退行性变的临床疗效。方法:选择膝关节退行性变患者60例,随机分为2组,对照组30例常规针刺疗法,观察组30例应用头针足运感区加常规针刺配合热敏灸疗法,10次为1个疗程,2组连续治疗3个疗程后观察2组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组和对照组有效率分别为93.33%和70.00%。观察组疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:头针足运感区配合热敏灸治疗膝关节退行性变疗效显著优于常规针刺,值得推广应用。
Objective：To observe the effect of scalp acupuncture foot motor sensory area plus routine clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating knee joint degeneration. Methods：60 cases of patients with diagnostic criteria of knee joint degenerative were divided into 2 groups, 30 patients were treated with routine acupuncture therapy in the observed group,And application of scalp acupuncture foot motion and sensory area plus conventional acupuncture com- bined with thermal moxibustion therapy was used in the treatment group. 10 times for a course of treatment, 2 groups of continuous treatment for 3 courses view to observe the clinical curative effect. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 93.3% and 76.67% respectively. The efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Acupuncture foot transport area combined with thermal moxibustion for treatment of knee joint degenerative change curative effect was better than the routine acupuncture and is worth of popularized in clinical application.
