根据中外历史上战争东北多胜西南的现象,提出一种新的理论"地球倾斜自转形成的太阳光压趋势对战争有宏观影响"来解释这种现象,依照自然科学现象和规律做出详尽合理的分析,得出光压扫射切力可以影响宏观战争的结论,并分析其应用。
According to the phenomenon that northeast multiple wins the southwest in the history of Chinese and foreign country war, proposed a new theory ＂the earth tilt rotation form sun light pressure trend impact on war ＂to explain this phenomenon, according to natural phenomena and laws,make detailed and reasonable analysis, make a conclusion that Sunlight radiation sweep shot shear can affect macro war, analyze its application.
