摘要
目的探究个性化护理在新生儿败血症护理中的应用。方法选取2013年1月-2015年7月在我院救治的新生儿败血症患者65例进行随机分组,将所有患儿分为对照组和实验组,对照组32人,实验组33人,两组患儿均实行常规护理措施,在常规护理措施的基础上对实验组实行个性化护理干预,对比两组患儿的临床效果。结果实验组护理临床有效率为96%,高与对照组的82.5%,两组患者的护理效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论新生儿败血症患者在采用个性化的护理措施后,病情得到控制,减少或延缓并发症的出现,治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore the application of the personalized nursing in neonatal sepsis. Methods January 2013 to July 2015 were treated 65 cases of neonatal sepsis patients in a hospital in a randomized,put all the children were divided into control group and experimental group,control group 32 people,the experimental group 33 people,two groups of children with a conventional nursing measures,on the basis of conventional nursing measures of the experimental group implements the individualized nursing intervention,compared the clinical effect of two groups of children. Results The nursing clinical effective rate was 96%,high and 82.5% of the control group,two groups of patients with the nursing effect of difference to be markedly,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Neonatal sepsis patients after using personalized nursing measures,obviously in control,reduce or delay the occurrence of complications,treatment effect significantly.
