摘要
目的分析直肠息肉切除术的护理效果。方法采取2014年4月-2015年3月本院70例行直肠息肉切除术患者,按照随机分配的原则,将这70例患者随机平均分成观察组和对照组,每组35例患者,对对照组患者给予一般护理,对观察组患者在一般护理的基础上给予优质护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果对观察组患者给予优质护理后,35例患者中,33例手术成功,手术成功率为94.3%,出现1例感染,感染率为2.8%;对对照组患者给予一般护理后,35例患者中,26例手术成功,手术成功率74.3%,出现了8例感染,感染率为22.9%,两组患者的护理效果比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论直肠息肉切除术应用优质护理能提高手术成功率,降低感染事件的发生,促进患者的健康。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of rectal polyp resection. Methods From April 2014 to March 2015,70 patients with rectal polyps resection were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 patients in each group. The control group was given general nursing,and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing,the nursing effect of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe observation group of patients with high quality care,35 cases of patients,33 cases of surgical success,the success rate was 94.3%,1 cases of infection,infection rate was 35,the control group were treated with general nursing,74.3% cases of patients,26 cases of successful operation,8 cases of infection,infection rate was 22.9%,two groups of patients with nursing effect comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing can improve the success rate of operation,reduce the incidence of infection and promote the health of patients.
