摘要
目的对异位妊娠患者应用甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗的临床疗效进行进一步分析研究。方法选取于2013年1月-2015年12月在本院接受治疗的异位妊娠患者77例,并随机分为对照组（38例）和实验组（39例）,对单纯甲氨蝶呤治疗与甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗两种不同方式的效果进行观察并比较。结果实验组患者的有效率高于对照组[92.3%vs 73.7%],失败率低于对照组[7.7%vs 26.3%],并且实验组患者的血β-HCG、血孕酮均比对照组低,包块直径比对照组小,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对异位妊娠患者应用甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗的临床疗效确切。
Objective Methotrexate combined with mifepristone effect in treatment of ectopic pregnancy is to be analyzed. Methods Chose 77 patients of ectopic pregnancy who were treated in hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 and separated them into control group（38 patients）and study group（39 patients）randomly,and then observed and compared only methotrexate treatment effect to methotrexate combined with mifepristone treatment effect between two groups. Results The patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group was significantly higher than that in control group [92.3% vs 73.7%],and the treatment failure probability in study group was significantly lower than that in control group [7.7% vs 26.3%],besides,patients＇ β-HCG and progesterone values and lump diameter in study group were quite lower and smaller than counterparts in control group,there was a difference between groups and such a differential had statistic vale（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Methotrexate combined with mifepristone is effective in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
