摘要
研究了不同底泥基质(洱海底泥、湿地底泥)和不同水深(0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 m)条件下海菜花生长量的变化,分析2种因子对海菜花生长的影响。试验结果表明,海菜花的鲜质量、株高在洱海底泥基质下明显大于湿地底泥基质下的,而海菜花叶片数量在2种底泥基质下无显著性差异;随着水深增加,光照强度降低,海菜花生长明显受到影响,花薹、叶片数目的增长量呈下降趋势,而海菜花株高增长呈上升趋势。
In this experiment, we studied the growth changes of Ottelia acuminata at different sediments (Erhai sediment and wetland sediment) and water depths (0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 m), and analyzed the effects of the two factors on the growth of O. acuminata. The results showed that, plant fresh weight and plant height under Erhai sediment were greater than those under wetland sediment, while leaf number had no significant difference under two sediments. As water depth increased, the light intensity decreased, which affected the relative growth obviously, moreover the increments of flower and leaf numbers were in downtrend, while the increment of plant height was in uptrend.
