摘要
通过对北斗星城观光线轨道支座的设计边界、使用要求和安装特点进行分析研究,介绍一种线路轨道修建于建筑楼体上轨建合一新型轨道交通拉压支座的研究设计,结合线路独特的结构特点制定支座设计应考虑的基本原则,其中就支座的降振减噪、自适应性重点对支撑组件、滑移转动副、紧固装置进行详细阐述。经过使用过程中实际检测验证,该支座为在轨建合一的轨道系统中首次成功应用,其理念和方法为轨道交通的纵向发展和横向拓展提供一些启示。
Through analyzing the design boundary,usage requirements and installation features of the support for Tongling Dipper City Monorail,the design of tensile-compressive support for new urban rail transit combined with building is introduced. With reference to the unique track structural features,basic principles employed for the support design are established. This paper addresses support components,the rotational slip part and the fastening device with respect to vibration noise reduction and adaptability of the support. After practical validation,this support is successfully applied in the first time to the integrated system of track and building,which provides enlightenment to the full development of rail transit.
