强抑制有机胺聚磺钻井液体系的研究及应用 被引量:14

摘要 渤南义123和义173区块是胜利油田2012年非常规区块产能建设重点工程,油藏埋深平均在3 500 m左右。该地区上部地层泥岩黏土含量高,易水化分散、缩径,下部含有大段泥页岩及砂泥岩薄互层,需要采用钻井液技术解决水化膨胀引起的井壁失稳、井眼净化和摩阻扭矩大等难题。室内通过关键处理剂的优选和评价,研制了强抑制有机胺聚磺钻井液体系。室内评价和多口井的现场应用结果表明,该体系性能稳定,抑制能力和润滑能力强,具有和油基钻井液相近的岩屑回收率,成功解决了长水平段水平井的泥岩坍塌、大井眼携岩、托压、黏附卡钻等问题,无井下复杂情况发生,保证了井下安全,使钻井周期明显缩短。 Yi 123 and Yi 173 Areas are the major project of deliverability in unconventional areas of Shengli Oilfield. The average reservoir depth is about 3,500 m. In the upper formations, the caly content is much high in the mud rock, which will cause borehole instability caused by hydration expansion. While in the lower formations, there are interbeds of shale, sand and mud rocks. The drilling fluids should solve these problems such as bole instability caused by hydration expansion, hole cleaning, lubrication and friction. With agent optimization and evaluation experiments, a highly inhibitive organic amine polysulfonate drilling fluid is developed. The lab results and field application show that the drilling fluid system has stable properties, good inhibition and lubricity. Its shale recovery is close to that of oil-based drilling fluid. The problems such as borehole caving, sloughing, cuttings carrying and pipe sticking are effectively solved, which provides a reference for efficient development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.
