摘要 为了研究苯酐冷凝器管子与管板焊接残余应力的大小和分布规律,采用有限元法对一台苯酐冷凝器的管子与管板焊接残余应力进行分析,同时利用X射线衍射方法对冷凝器管子与管板焊接残余应力进行测定。由有限元数值模拟结果可以得出,管子与管板的焊接残余应力围绕管子呈同心环形对称分布,在焊缝处出现最大焊接残余应力,并且管板焊接热影响区焊接残余应力显示环向承受拉应力,而径向承受压应力。试验结果与有限元数值模拟结果相吻合,表明了有限元数值模拟方法的正确性。 In order to study the welding residual stress of tube to tube sheet of phthalic anhydride condenser, finite element method was used to simulate welding residual stress of tube to tube sheet. In addition, X-ray diffraction method was employed to study the the welding residual stress of tube to tube sheet of the condenser. The numerical simulation results show that the welding residual stress of tube to tube sheet distribute symmetrically as concentric circles around the tube, and the maximum welding residual stress appears in the weld zone. It is found that the hoop stress is tensile stress while the radial stress is compressive stress on the heat affected zone of tube sheet. The xperimental results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results, which can verify the correctness of finite element numerical simulation method.
