摘要
对2A12铝合金的焊接纵向变形动态过程进行数据采集,得到了不同试件长度尺寸条件下纵向变形量与时间的关系曲线,并进行了分析。结果表明:纵向变形的动态过程具有一定的规律;残余纵向变形是焊接过程中瞬时纵向变形增量不断累加的结果;焊接过程中,不同阶段的瞬时纵向变形增量对纵向变形的贡献不同。
The data of dynamic process of welding of 2A12 aluminum alloy in longitudinal distortion was collected. The relation curves of longitudinal distortion vs time under different length sizes were analyzed. The results show that the dynamic process of welding in the longitudinal deformation has rules. The longitudinal contraction deformation is the cumulative results of instantaneous increment of longitudinal distortion. In the process of welding, the instantaneous longitudinal deformation increment effects on longitudinal deformation are different.
