新型抗冲击式单体液压支柱设计与性能分析

Design and performance analysis of a new-type impact-resistant single hydraulic prop

摘要 单体液压支柱属于煤矿单体支护设备,主要用于普采工作面的顶板支护和综采工作面的端头支护。本文针对现有单体液压支柱缺少突然来压的过载保护,在冲击载荷下容易出现涨缸、弯曲破坏的普遍问题,设计了一种新型抗冲击式单体液压支柱,并对其抗冲击性能进行分析。研究表明,与现有单体支柱相比,该新型支柱可大幅提高工作安全性能,同时可有效降低自身重量,为新型安全、轻量化单体液压支柱的设计提供参考。 The single hydraulic prop is a kind of single supporting facility used in the colliery. It is mainly used for the roof support on the general mining face and the end support on the fully-mechanized mining face. In view of the lack of overload protection of the single hydraulic prop due to sudden pressure leading to expanded or bent cylinder at impact loading, a new-type impact-resistant single hydraulic prop was designed, and its impact-resistant performance was analyzed. The study results showed the new-type prop remarkably enhanced the operation safety performance and reduced the prop mass compared with the current single prop. The prop offered reference for the design of new-type safe and light single hydraulic prop.
