摘要
试验研究了饵料浓缩机在不同操作压力、不同起始密度对小新月菱形藻(Nitzschia clos-terium f.minutissima)进行浓缩后细胞活性的影响。通过超滤技术,利用单胞藻饵料浓缩机对小新月菱形藻进行浓缩,操作压力为0.10、0.16、0.20 MPa,小新月菱形藻起始密度分别为1.0×106、2.0×106cells/ml,对不同浓缩时间的浓缩藻进行再培养。结果表明,小新月菱形藻起始密度1.0×106、2.0×106cells/ml,采用操作压力分别为0.20 MPa和0.16 MPa时对藻细胞活性影响最小,藻细胞繁殖速度较快,繁殖密度较大。结果提示,饵料浓缩机在合理的压力下可以对不同浓度的新月菱形藻进行浓缩,不影响藻细胞的活性。
The effects of pressure and density on the cell activity in Nitzschia closterium were re-searched in this experiment. The Nitzschia closterium were concentrated under different pressure of0.10, 0.16 MPa and 0.20 MPa, different initial density of 1.0×106cells/ml and 2.0×106cells/ml to eval-uate the effects of pressure and initial density on survival of the filtered microalgae which were culti-vated again. The results showed that the cells were growing quickly when the pressures were 0.20 MPaand 0.16 MPa. There were no significant differences in cell activity of the concentrated Nitzschia clos-terium. The results suggested that the Nitzschia closteriubum which were concentrated in the reason-able pressure would grow well.
