不同电针头穴透刺对帕金森病大鼠脑内黑质钙稳态相关3种ATP酶活性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:通过不同电针头穴透刺对PD模型大鼠脑内黑质Ca^(2+)-ATPase、Na^+-K^+-ATPase、Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase活性影响的实验研究,探讨不同电针头穴透刺治疗帕金森病的过程中维持神经元钙稳态的细胞分子机制。方法:采用6-羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)单侧纹状体双靶点微量注射法制备偏侧旋转帕金森大鼠模型。于造模成功后开始不同电针及美多芭分别治疗,连续治疗4 W,每d1次;观察期满后取大鼠脑内黑质,采用分光光度法测定大鼠脑内黑质Ca^(2+)-ATPase、Na^+-K^+-ATPase、Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase活性。结果:不同电针均可提高大鼠脑内黑质上述3种ATP酶的活性,且音乐电针效果更为明显,而美多芭对其则无明显影响。结论:不同电针对帕金森病具有治疗作用的机制之一可能是通过影响大鼠脑内黑质3种ATP酶的活性而实现,且音乐电针优势较为明显。 Objective:To explore the cellular and molecular mechanism of maintaining calcium homeostasis of neurons by observing the effects of different electro- acupuncture by Baihui penetrating to Taiyang points on the contents of Ca^(2+)- ATPase,Na~+- K~+- ATPase,Ca^(2+)- Mg^(2+)- ATPase of rats with Parkinson Disease.Methods:Models with PD were made by two targets injecting 6- OHDA in one side of striatum.The treatment of different electro- acupuncture and Madopar were done once a day after the models copied succesfully,and the treatment course was four weeks continuously.The activities of Ca^(2+)- ATPase,Na~+- K~+- ATPase and Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)- ATPase in the substantia nigra were determined by spectrophotometric method.Results:Different electro- acupuncture intervention could improve the activities of Ca^(2+)- ATPase,Na~+- K~+- ATPase and Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)- ATPase and the effects of musical electro- acupuncture was more significant,while Madopar had no effects on them.Conclusion:Different electro- acupuncture can effectively treat PD and one of the mechanism is enhancing the activities of Ca^(2+)- ATPase,Na~+- K~+- ATPase and Ca^(2+)- Mg^(2+)- ATPase,and the effects of musical electro- acupuncture was more obvious advantages.
