摘要
目的:观察清肺通络法治疗小儿痰热闭肺型肺炎的支原体肺炎近远期疗效。方法:纳入痰热闭肺型肺炎支原体肺炎患儿90例,根据临床治疗方案的不同分为治疗组与对照组。对照组入院后给予阿奇霉素与吉他霉素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予清肺通络法组方治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后临床症状体征总积分、治疗前与治疗后3个月免疫功能(免疫球蛋白Ig A、Ig G,Ig M)水平等。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.8%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者临床症状体征总积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,治疗组Ig A、Ig G,Ig M水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清肺通络法治疗小儿痰热闭肺型肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效确切,可显著改善患儿的临床症状与体征,改善患儿免疫功能。
Objective：To observe the short-term and long-term curative effects of clearing and dredging collaterals on Mycoplasmal Pneumonia（MP） Children with Pattern of Phlegm-Heat Congesting the Lung.Methods：the 90 MP patients with Pattern of Phlegm-Heat Congesting the Lung were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to clinical treatments. The control group were treated with Azithromycin and Kitasamycin; on the basis, the treatment group were also treated with oral Chinese medicine based on the traditional remedy of clearing and dredging collaterals. The clinical effects, aggregate scores of clinical symptoms/signs before and after treatment, and level of immune functions（Ig A, Ig G and Ig M） before and 3 months after treatment were observed in two groups. Results：The effective rate was 97.8% in treatment group, and 86.7% in control group, and there was significant differencebetween the groups（P〈0.05）; the treatment group showed lower aggregate scores of clinical symptoms/signs than the control group（P〈0.05）, after treatment; the treatment group showed lower levels of Ig A, Ig G and Ig M than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Treatment of clearing and dredging collaterals showed obvious effects on MP children with Pattern of Phlegm-Heat Congesting the Lung, and it can efficiently improve the rate of clinical treatment and significantly improve the clinical symptoms/signs as well as the children＇s immune functions.
