摘要
本文在分析中间性组织理论的基础上,以改革开放以来我国苏南地区的产业发展实践为依据,试论述地方产业成长的组织路径,并就产业集群与企业集团两种相对稳定的中间性组织模式进行了比较,阐述了两者之间的联系与适用性,为我国地方产业成长的组织模式选择提供政策建议。
Based on making a brief research on the intermediate organization theory and the industry development in Chinese well developed regions,such as South Jiangsu,after the Chinese Reform and Opening.We try to analysis the orga- nisation form in regional industry development,and compare industrial cluster to en- terprises group,which are both comparatively steady intermediate organization,ex- patiate on the relationship between them,then bring forward some proposals on the choice for organization pattern in Chinese regional industry development.
