摘要
在大跨度网壳钢结构中常出现空间多面体节点,其中空心六棱柱节点较一般多面体节点更为复杂,制作难度也偏大。提出在结构设计阶段和深化设计阶段即进行节点的全面优化,在工厂加工阶段对制作工艺进行优化,采用数控下料、坐标控制组拼的制作工艺,并创新辅助工装措施,制作全工序采用表格化程序监控,有助于实现复杂节点的批量化加工制作。在提高工作效率的同时,保证了项目制作质量达标。
Spatial polyhedral node has been widely used in large-span grid shell structure. Hollow hecagonal node is more complicated than other hexagonal nodes,and it is of great difficulty to manufacture. This paper proposed that the overall optimization for the nodes should be carried out in structure design and detailed design. Some fabrication techniques were optimized in factory processing stage,such as CNC cutting,coordinate control assembly,assistant tools innovation and table-structured process monitor. These optimized fabrication techniques could help to realize batch manufacture of complicated nodes,so as to improve both productivity and quality.
