摘要
魏晋令在中国令制史上占有极重要的地位。它继承并发展了秦汉令,最终完成了"律令分野",并促进了魏晋行政制度的发展。它还为后世令的发展奠定了基调:其主导思想、性质特点及体例内容对后世令制都产生了深远的影响。
The Ling system in Wei and Jin dynasties in China occupies very important position in the history of the Ling system,it inherited and developed the Qin and Han Ling,finally completed the difference between Lv and Ling,and promote the development of the Wei and Jin dynasties＇ administrative system,which also makes for the development of future Ling of the tone： its dominant ideology,the nature of the characteristics and style content for future generations so that the system has had a profound impact.
