摘要
该文对在磨料水射流切割过程中,切割速度和磨料质量流率两点进行讨论。磨料颗粒采用直径为80目的石榴石。测量切割不同深度的粗糙度。实验结果表明对切割表面影响最大的是切割速度。该文文同时也研究了切割面粗糙度和磨料水射流其他参数之间的关系。
In the present paper, traverse speed and abrasive mass flow rate during abrasive water jet cuttingof aluminum on surface roughness were investigated. GMT garnet was used as abrasive material with 80 mesh. Surface roughness was measured across of depth of cut.The experimental results show that traverse speed has great effect on the surface roughness at the bottom of the cut. It was also discussed the correlation between the surface roughness and other abrasive water jet cutting variables.
