摘要
目的分析2004—2014年常州市某中学学生视力不良变化趋势,为早期预防视力不良提供理论依据。方法利用常州市某中学2004—2014年每学年的第1学期体质健康监测的视力资料,对学生视力不良分性别、年级及年度进行分析。结果初中入学新生视力不良率为72.52%,高三学生视力不良率达到91.19%,同时重度视力不良所占比例逐渐增高,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=1 177.64,P〈0.01）;女生视力不良检出率每年均高于男生,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论该市中学生视力不良状况严重,视力不良率随年级的增高呈上升趋势,应及早采取有效的综合防治措施保护学生视力。
[Objective]To analyze the variation trend of poor eyesight among students of a middle school in Changzhou City from2004-2014, provide theoretical basis for early prevention of poor vision. [Methods]The eyesight data in a middle school in Changzhou City were collected from the health examination on the first semester of every year from 2004 to 2014, to analyze the poor eyesight situation according to different sex, grade and year. [Results]The rate of poor vision in freshmen of junior high school was 72.52%, and that in grade three senior school students reached 91.19%. The proportion of severe poor eyesight gradually increased, and the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2=1 177.64, P〈 0.01）. The detection rate of poor eyesight among female students was higher than that among male students every year, and differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The poor eyesight situation is serious among middle school students in Changzhou City, and the rate of poor eyesight has increased with increasing grade. It is necessary to carry out the effective comprehensive prevention and control measures as early as possible, to protect the eyesight of students.
