摘要
目的通过对承德市双滦区不同规模职业病危害企业(简称接害企业)职业卫生管理现状调查,掌握不同规模接害企业开展职业卫生管理现状和水平,为预防和控制职业病危害提供依据。方法选择2014年全区存在职业病危害的162家接害企业为本次调查对象。采用自制调查表法、现场调查及查询安监部门备案资料等方法,设置4个方面15项指标调查企业职业卫生管理工作现状。结果 1企业职业卫生管理制度建设方面:大、中、小型企业7项指标平均制定率分别为95.2%、72.3%、38.8%,总体平均制定率为43.1%;2职业卫生管理部门及人员设置方面:大、中、小型企业3项指标平均制定率分别为88.9%、48.9%、15.7%,总体平均设置率为20.2%;3职业病危害预评、控评方面:大、中、小型企业2项指标平均开展率分别为50.0%、66.7%、9.4%,总体平均开展率12.3%;4其他管理工作:大、中、小型企业3项指标平均率分别为88.9%、68.9%、26.0%,总体平均率31.1%。对全部15项指标百分率经"行×列χ2检验",不同规模企业间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论承德市双滦区不同规模接害企业职业卫生管理工作现状参差不齐。大型企业职业卫生管理开展情况较好,小型企业开展情况不容乐观,特别是一些重要管理工作开展率极低,加强小型企业职业卫生管理工作,是做好预防和控制职业病危害的关键环节。
[Objective]To investigate the current situation of occupational health management in different scale enterprises with occupational hazards in Shuangluan District of Chengde City, know the status and level of occupational health management in different scale enterprises, and provide the basis for prevention and control of occupational hazards. [Metbods]162 enterprises generating occupational hazards in Shuangluan District in 2014 were enrolled in this study. By using self-made questionnaire, field survey and record inquiry from safety supervision departments, the current situation of occupational health management in enterprises were investigated according to 15 indexes of 4 aspects. [Results] ① In the occupation health management system development： the average development rate of 7 items in large, medium and small enterprises was respectively 95.2%, 72.3% and 38.8%, while the total development rate was 43.1%. ② In the establishment occupation health management departments and staff： the average establishment rate of 3 items in large, medium and small enterprises was respectively 88.9%, 48.9% and 15.7%, while the total establishment rate was 20.2%. ③） In the pre-assessment and control evaluation of occupation hazards： the average implementation rate of 2 items in large, medium and small enterprises was respectively 50.0%, 66.7% and 9.4%, while the total implementation rate was 12.3%. ④ In other management work： the average ate of 3 items in large, medium and small enterprises was respectively88.9%, 68.9% and 26.0%, while the total rate was 31.1%.All of 15 items were analyzed by the chi- square test, and the differences were statistically significant among different scale enterprises （P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The current situation of occupational health management is uneven in different scale enterprises with occupational hazards in Shuangluan District of Chengde City.
