摘要
目的对执业药师查房促进临床合理用药的效果进行分析。方法选取住院治疗的患者100例,随机进行分组,常规组患者50例,进行常规临床医师查房管理;改进组患者50例,常规临床医师联合执业药师查房干预管理,对两组患者的管理情况进行分析。结果改进组患者贵重药品使用比例、不合理联合用药比例、患者用药满意度、临床用药不良反应、住院治疗时间等均显著优越于常规组患者,差异性显著(P<0.05);两组患者均没有发生因临床用药导致严重过敏反应发生。结论对于住院治疗患者传统临床医师查房基础联合执业药师查房干预管理,可有效的增加临床用药的合理性,减少贵重药品的使用比例,增加用药满意度,减少用药不良反应,改善医疗用药环境。
Objective To analyze the effect of licensed pharmacists rounds promoting rational drug use. Methods 100 cases of hospitalized patients were selected and randomly divided into regular group（50 cases） and improvement group（50 cases）. Regular doctors＇ rounds were performed in the former group while doctors rounds combined with licensed pharmacists＇ rounds intervention were carried out in the latter group. Results The rate of using expensive drugs, the rate of irrational combination drug use, medication satisfaction, medication adverse reactions, hospitalization time, etc of improvement group were significantly superior to regular group（P〈0.05）; Clinical drugs caused severe allergic reactions had no happened in two groups of patients. Conclusion For hospitalized patients, traditional clinician-based rounds combined with licensed pharmacists rounds intervention management can effectively increase the rationality of drug use, reduce the rate of using expensive drugs, increase medication satisfaction, reduce adverse reactions and improve medical treatment environment.
